Experience does matter…besides working and living in the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valley areas for over 40 years, I began buying and selling my own real estate portfolio at a young age. I have worked in the real estate industry as a vendor, having owned a credit reporting agency, for close to 20 years. This experience has taught me the skills of customer service, negotiations, contracts, marketing and finance that are a benefit to my clients, both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
